How the Emergence of ESGs & the Imperative to Teach, Score, and Track Social and Emotional Learning is Setting the Stage for a Future Social Credit System
I'm wondering if you're aware of billionaire Denny Sanford's tremendous philanthropic involvement with supporting SEL via three programs run out of National University (San Diego):
The South Dakota Attorney General's office subsequently announced this past May that “there are no prosecutable offenses within the jurisdiction of the state of South Dakota.”
These are the transparencies that need spotlighted. The Brave New World is coming all too true with indoctrinations from youth. Ideas and programs like these need spotlighted immediately to the public. We must save our youth from future catastrophic policies like these.
I think you're spot on with how SEL fits in with ESG, and this post makes the dangers inherent in that very clear. However regarding SEL and CASEL, pre or post TransformativeSEL, there is a danger in taking their intentions at face value with "...The whole of society can agree that these are wonderful skills to have...", as that is something we should <i>not</i> agree upon, as those are qualities of character, not 'skills', and treating them as such undermines and works against what we're led to think that we're encouraging. <a href="https://blogodidact.blogspot.com/search/label/SEL%20Presentation">SEL is faulty and corrupt</a> from its origin, to now, and into tomorrow,

Here’s a novel idea. Teach the kids the core subjects they will need to succeed. Math, science, history (not revisionist) English etc.
Let their family deal with the social part. Stay in your lane. Got it!
